Technology Head - Change Management

Job Description :We are partnering with a leading global Banking organization to hire a Head of Technology Delivery to lead enterprise-wide technology delivery, transformation, and execution across complex business and technology portfolios.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end technology delivery across large-scale transformation programs.- Drive execution excellence using Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management methodologies.- Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.- Build and lead high-performing technology delivery teams across multiple geographies.- Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, automation, and business outcomes.- Ensure governance, risk management, quality assurance, and successful program execution.Required Experience :- 20+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Professional Services, Financial Services, or Wealth Management.- Proven leadership of large-scale technology transformation and delivery programs.- Strong expertise in Scaled Agile (SAFe), Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Project & Change Management.- Experience leading global teams and managing senior business stakeholder relationships.- Demonstrated experience delivering AI Transformation and technology modernization initiatives.- Excellent people leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.
