The ideal candidate should have a strong programming foundation and experience building and deploying production-grade AI/GenAI solutions.Mandatory Skills : - Strong hands-on experience in Python programming- 7-10 years of experience in AI/ML and software engineering- Strong experience in Generative AI / GenAI- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models)- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus, or Weaviate- Experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts- Hands-on experience in developing AI/GenAI applications and solutions- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM integration- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or LlamaIndex- Strong problem-solving and programming skills- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environmentsKey Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Python.- Build and integrate LLM-powered applications and RAG-based solutions.- Develop AI solutions using Vector Databases and semantic search.- Work on prompt engineering, model integration, and AI application development.- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.- Develop scalable and production-ready AI/ML pipelines and applications.- Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.- Stay updated with emerging GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI/ML technologies.
