About the job

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to work on our AI-powered HR tech/ATS platform. The candidate will contribute to building scalable web applications and implementing AI-driven features using modern web technologies and LLM-based solutions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain frontend and backend features using the MERN stack
2. Design and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services
Implement AI-powered features using LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and prompt-based workflows
3. Work with Redis for caching and OpenSearch for search and analytics
4. Optimize performance, scalability, and security of the platform
5. Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams

Tech stack:

1. MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
2. Redis, OpenSearch
3. AWS (Cloud Services)
4. Google Gemini & other LLM APIs

A. Candidate requirements:

1. Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms

2. Good understanding of JavaScript and web application architecture

4. Exposure to AI solutions using LLM APIs (Google Gemini, OpenAI, etc.)

5. Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts

6. Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system design

B. Good to have:

1. Experience with AWS services

2. Familiarity with Redis, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch

3. Git/GitHub and CI/CD basics

4. Prior work on AI, NLP, or SaaS projects
