We are looking for an experienced  Data Engineer with strong expertise in  Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions that enable reliable reporting, analytics, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building modern data platforms, developing robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights through interactive dashboards and reporting solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into Snowflake.
• Build, optimize, and maintain enterprise data warehouse solutions using Snowflake and SQL.
• Develop complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data transformation logic to support analytics and reporting.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful business insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement efficient data models to improve reporting performance and usability.
• Optimize Snowflake performance through query tuning, warehouse optimization, and efficient data storage strategies.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop reusable data assets, semantic models, and reporting datasets for enterprise-wide analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline failures, reporting issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain technical documentation for data architecture, pipelines, reporting solutions, and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and enhanced reporting capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and best practices across all data engineering activities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in  Snowflake , including data modeling, query optimization, and warehouse management.
• Advanced proficiency in  SQL with experience writing and optimizing complex queries for large datasets.
• Strong experience developing interactive dashboards and analytical reports using  Power BI .
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data integration, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience designing dimensional data models and supporting enterprise reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, validation, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
