Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
2. Build and manage workflows on CRM applications (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
3. Develop and maintain automations using tools like Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar platforms.
4. Work on data flow between systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations
5. Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics or Looker Studio.
6. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to gather requirements and implement solutions.
8. Troubleshoot automation failures and system issues proactively.
9. Document workflows, automations, and reporting structures.

1. Minimum 1 year of experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar.

2. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar.

3. Working knowledge of Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, or similar reporting tools.

4. Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

5. Basic knowledge of Deluge or SQL scripting is preferred.

6. Experience with CRM workflows, lead lifecycle management, and marketing or sales automation.

7. Exposure to database concepts, data structuring, event tracking, or user journey mapping.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

10. Structured, process-oriented, and detail-oriented approach.

11. Proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.
