Our robust service infrastructure ensures high‑quality after‑sales support through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts.
Job Summary
The Public Relation Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong public image for Visiontek Engineers Services. This role involves crafting communication strategies, managing media relations, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, speeches, and other communication materials.
- Maintain relationships with journalists, industry influencers, and media outlets.
- Coordinate and manage media events, product launches, and press conferences.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare analysis reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Handle crisis communication and provide timely responses to public inquiries.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and online reputation.
- Assist in preparing corporate presentations, annual reports, and internal communications.
- Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community outreach programs.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools, PR software, and standard office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Good understanding of HVAC and fire‑fighting industry dynamics is a plus.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in drafting press releases, managing media outreach, and executing PR campaigns.
- Experience working in B2B environments, preferably within engineering, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Track record of handling crisis communication and managing corporate reputation.
