Compensation: $80–$90/hour

About the Role

We’re seeking experienced FP&A professionals to create evaluation tasks for AI systems working across financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis.

The role covers two tracks:

• US: US GAAP-based reporting and corporate finance conventions.

• International: IFRS-based reporting and international corporate finance conventions.

Experts with experience in either or both tracks are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Create FP&A scenarios covering budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business partnering, capital allocation, and strategic planning.

• Develop tasks involving financial planning, reporting, investment analysis, and financial modeling.

• Build scenarios using FP&A platforms such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, and Planful , as well as BI and ERP systems.

• Apply driver-based forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.

• Produce reference financial models, forecast decks, variance reports, and business case analyses.

• Develop evaluation rubrics that distinguish senior-level FP&A judgment from generic or template-based work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an FP&A leader, Director of FP&A, or CFO at a major company.

• Direct ownership of budgeting cycles, forecasting models, or capital allocation decisions.

• Strong knowledge of FP&A tools, corporate finance, and financial modeling.

• Understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS corporate finance conventions.

• A CFA, MBA, or CPA is a plus.

• Experience creating rubrics or training materials is a plus.

Contract Details

• Independent contractor.

• Fully remote with a flexible schedule.

• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance.

• Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.

• Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not currently supported.
