True Credits - DevOps Engineer

Must-Have : - Minimum 45 years of hands-on DevOps / infrastructure engineering experience.- Strong proficiency with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, ALB, NLB, SNS, SQS etc).- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale.- Sonarqube, version-controlled infrastructure workflows.- CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitHub Actions.- Solid scripting skills in Bash and Python.- Experience with monitoring stacks : Prometheus + Grafana, ELK.- Understanding of networking fundamentals : DNS, TLS/SSL, load balancing, VPN, firewall rules.- Working knowledge of NBFC/PCI-DSS or other financial regulatory compliance requirements.- Strong knowledge on Linux servers (Amazon Linux 2023, Ubuntu, etc.).- Automation, IaC, ArgoCD, ansible.Good to Have : - Experience with service mesh technologies (like Istio, Linkerd).- Familiarity with GitOps workflows.- Knowledge of database operations : PostgreSQL, MySQL, kafka, Redis clustering and backup strategies.- Certifications : AWS Solutions Architect/DevOps Professional.Roles and Responsibilities : - Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS for production and non-production environments.- Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for containerised microservices; handle scaling, upgrades, and node lifecycle.- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible for repeatable, auditable deployments.- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) enabling multiple deployments per day.- Standardise Docker container builds and image scanning via tools like Trivy or Snyk.- Ensure infrastructure compliance with Security guidelines.- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and drive remediation in collaboration with the security team.- Set up end-to-end observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, zabbix, configure alerting.- Lead post-incident reviews, produce RCAs, and drive systematic reliability improvements.
