Business Development Manager
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Pickleball Sales & Infrastructure

???? Key Responsibilities
???? Identify and engage with potential clients including:
- RWAs, schools, clubs, gyms, and real estate developers
- Academies, sports complexes, and government departments
???? Pitch FYNX offerings (court construction, equipment kits, coaching services)
???? Conduct on-ground visits and product demos
???? Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline via CRM tools
???? Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
???? Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns
???? Represent FYNX at sports expos, tournaments, and networking events
???? Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 2–5 years in B2B sales or institutional selling (preferably sports or infrastructure)
✅ Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
✅ Willingness to travel within the region
✅ Ability to manage sales pipeline and targets
✅ Sports background or interest in racket sports is a plus
