Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook to prepare tasty and hygienic South Indian dishes. The candidate should maintain food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen discipline.
Responsibilities
- Prepare South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner items
- Cook dishes like idli, dosa, pongal, sambar, chutney, meals, etc.
- Maintain taste, quality, and hygiene standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and proper food storage
- Check raw materials and avoid wastage
- Follow company food safety rules
Requirements
- Experience as a South Indian Cook
- Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine
- Ability to work in a team
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline
- Flexible to work in shifts
Qualification
- Minimum: Any qualification
- Experience in hotel/canteen/catering preferred
