About the Role

We are looking for a professional and well-organizedFront Office & Administration Executive to manage reception and day-to-day office administration while providing support to the HR team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk, welcome visitors, and handle incoming calls and enquiries.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, couriers, and general office requirements.
• Maintain office records, correspondence, documentation, and filing.
• Support day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination.
• Assist the HR team with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and onboarding formalities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine office requirements.
• Provide general administrative and HR support as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree or relevant diploma/qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, administration, HR support, or a similar role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee and company information.
