Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java React Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both backend development using Java/Spring Boot and frontend development using React.js . You will work on enterprise-grade applications, REST APIs, database solutions, integrations, testing, and cloud-native technologies.

The role requires strong technical problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams.

Must-Have SkillsJava & Backend

• 4+ years of experience developing enterprise applications

• Strong proficiency in Core and Advanced Java

• Strong understanding of OOP principles and SOLID design principles

• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot

• Experience developing RESTful APIs

• Good understanding of Spring ecosystem

• Knowledge of Microservices architecture

React.js & Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js

• Experience building reusable React components and frontend libraries

• Strong understanding of React functional components and Hooks, including:

  • useState

  • useEffect

  • useContext

  • useReducer

• Experience with React JSON Forms

• Experience with state management using:

  • Redux

  • Redux Toolkit

  • Context API

• Strong understanding of React Router

• Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPAs)

• Familiarity with React testing tools such as:

  • Jest

  • React Testing Library

  • Enzyme

Database & Data

• Experience with RDBMS , preferably PostgreSQL

• Experience with NoSQL databases , preferably MongoDB

• Understanding of database optimization and query performance

• Good knowledge of Big Data technologies , such as Hive

• Experience/exposure to query engine tools such as Trino

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience working with AWS

• Knowledge of AWS S3

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications

• Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot

• Design, develop, and consume REST APIs

• Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js

• Implement React Hooks, routing, state management, and dynamic forms

• Develop and maintain integrations between frontend and backend systems

• Design and optimize database queries and data access layers

• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases

• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

• Identify and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments

• Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, QA engineers, architects, and other stakeholders

• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and optimization

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS-based environments

• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience.
