This is a strategic consulting role where the consultant will work closely with our solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure that the solution aligns with core banking best practices, regulatory requirements, and modern banking processes.Key Responsibilities :- Review and provide inputs on Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).- Assist in preparing and refining BRDs from a core banking perspective.- Advise the project team on core banking products, processes, and industry best practices.- Participate in client meetings and workshops as the banking domain expert.- Review proposed Salesforce FSC solution designs for alignment with banking operations and product structures.- Provide guidance across lending, cards, digital onboarding, payments, and brokerage workstreams.- Recommend best practices for cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance during solution design.- Support functional discussions, solution validation, and requirement clarification throughout the implementation lifecycle.Required Expertise - Core Banking :- Deep expertise in Core Banking Systems (CBS)- Lending and loan lifecycle management- Credit card products, issuance, processing, and lifecycle management- Deposits and account management- Digital onboarding and customer lifecycle- Payments, remittances, and payment gateway concepts- UPI and real-time payment ecosystems (preferred)Banking Technology :- Experience with Core Banking platforms such as Temenos, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, TCS BaNCS, or similar.- Understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is desirable but not mandatory.- Exposure to banking integrations, APIs, and digital transformation initiatives.Compliance & Security :- KYC/AML regulations- Banking regulatory and compliance frameworks- Cybersecurity and financial data protection practices- Exposure to Caribbean or LATAM banking regulations is an added advantage.AI in Banking (Preferred) :- AI/ML applications in fraud detection- Credit scoring and risk analytics- Intelligent automation and banking operations optimizationPreferred Experience :- Experience in Core Banking consulting or banking technology implementations.- Prior consulting or advisory experience working with banks or financial institutions.- Strong understanding of banking products, customer journeys, and regulatory requirements.- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or digital banking initiatives.- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.Engagement Model :- Engagement Type : Advisory / Consulting- Work Mode : Remote with participation in scheduled client calls and project workshops.- Potential to Scale : Engagement may be expanded based on project requirements and performance.Ideal Candidate :We are looking for a seasoned banking consultant who can act as a trusted advisor, bringing deep expertise in Core Banking Systems (CBS)particularly Lending and Cardswhile helping bridge business and technology teams.
