About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new leads and business opportunities for exhibition stall design, fabrication, branding, and event-related services.2. Identify upcoming exhibitions, trade shows, and potential exhibitors.
3. Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels.
4. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams for proposals and quotations.
5. Follow up on enquiries and proposals to convert them into confirmed projects.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
7. Maintain reports, lead databases, and follow-up records.

Other requirements
1. Freshers or candidates with 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, events, exhibitions, advertising, branding, or related industries.
2. Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
3. Ability to handle client communication and follow-ups confidently.
4. Experience in the exhibition or event industry will be an added advantage.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 2,30,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 20,000 /year
