Corporate Insurance Sales & Research Internship
About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Insurance Sales & Research Intern interested in learning insurance, B2B sales and data research.
The role focuses on identifying companies with 10+ employees that may have requirements for:
- Group Health Insurance
- Group Term Life Insurance
- Group Personal Accident Insurance
- Employee Wellness Benefits
- Corporate Health Checkups
The opportunity is industry-agnostic and covers startups, SMEs, MSMEs and corporates across India.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential corporate insurance customers.
- Build and maintain a qualified B2B prospect database.
- Identify company size, industry and relevant HR/Finance decision-makers.
- Understand and qualify potential insurance requirements.
- Conduct targeted cold email outreach and follow-ups .
- Track responses and maintain lead status.
- Hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior insurance experience. We will teach you.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong interest in insurance and B2B sales
- Good internet research and data-mining skills
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and email-writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
Students and freshers are welcome.
Internship Terms
- Duration: 3 months initially
- Location: Remote
- Type: Learning-based internship
- Compensation: Completely unpaid
This is a genuine learning opportunity focused on corporate insurance, data research, lead qualification and B2B sales outreach .
After successfully completing the initial 3-month performance assessment , candidates who demonstrate strong performance, learning ability and sales contribution may be considered for a paid internship / further engagement with THV .
Paid continuation is performance-based and is not guaranteed.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a small practical assignment involving:
Company research + lead qualification + one cold email.
