Your work profile

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead who will balance team leadership (50%) and hands-on development (50%). The role involves guiding the development team solving technical challenges and actively contributing to ServiceNow development enhancements and incident resolution.

Key skills required

• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.
• Provide technical guidance and assist the team in resolving complex issues.
• Perform hands-on development customization and configuration in ServiceNow.
• Support incident resolution defect fixes and platform enhancements.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Education - UG and Above Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong experience in ITSM.
• Exposure to CSM CMDB and ATF.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide APIs) and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
