Key Responsibilities
Import & Export Operations
- Coordinate the export and import processes of coffee and equipment
- Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs requirements, certifications, and logistics best practices
- Support the Director in overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, import/export, and distribution of products and machinery with cost efficiency and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulatory standards, food safety requirements, and trade documentation protocols for global operations
- Ensure quality standards of all products are maintained
Business Development & Marketing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Support strategic partnerships, distributor relationships, and market entry strategies aligned with the company vision
- Assist in the development and execution of branding, packaging, and marketing strategies across B2B, retail, and e-commerce channels
- Implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness to support brand positioning and growth
- Strengthen sales channels, support expansion into new markets, and manage key customer relationships
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet growth targets
- Conduct market research, compile business intelligence, and prepare analytical reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Monitor and assist in managing P&L performance across regions; track KPIs, prepare reports, and support corrective action planning
- Manage client and vendor communications
Executive & Strategic Support
- Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including agenda creation, documentation, and tracking of action items
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for strategic discussions, board meetings, and client engagements
- Support the Director in the development and execution of high-priority projects and business initiatives
- Handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion
- Perform general administrative and office management tasks, including filing, documentation, and data organization
- Manage the Director's calendar, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel plans
