Digitals AI Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA graduates to join our team as Management Trainees. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, strategic planning, market research, sales, and business operations.
Candidates will work closely with management teams to identify growth opportunities, develop business strategies, and support business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Support business development, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Assist in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and analytical reports.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and business performance.
- Support strategic partnerships and international business expansion.
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM graduate in Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, or General Management.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in business strategy, technology, and management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
