About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Review and assess incoming leads from multiple channels (website, social media, referrals, etc.)2. Conduct initial outreach via calls or emails to evaluate lead potential based on criteria such as academic background, destination preferences, and budget
3. Maintain accurate lead data and status updates in the CRM system
4. Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales counselors promptly
5. Share feedback with the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance
6. Re-engage cold or unresponsive leads through structured follow-ups
7. Work closely with the sales and counseling teams to ensure a smooth handover and positive user journey
8. Generate daily/weekly reports on lead qualification metrics and status updates
