The Opportunity :We are looking for a seasoned Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to drive AI-led transformation across SAP landscapes. The role involves working closely with clients to identify business challenges, design SAP and AI-powered solutions, build rapid prototypes, and deliver scalable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities :- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities.- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, AI/ML, and automation technologies.- Develop and validate MVPs, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate business value.- Lead delivery of cloud-native and enterprise-grade SAP solutions with end-to-end ownership.- Convert successful solutions into reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics).- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture.- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, intelligent automation, and data-driven solutions.- Proven experience in client-facing consulting and large-scale transformation programs.- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Key Success Factors :- Customer-first mindset with a focus on business outcomes.- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.- Strong ownership, execution, and delivery orientation.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Experience working in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments.
