Java Full Stack Developer

Our client is a global IT Services & Consulting organisation with offices in several countries and established presence in India. They are a household name in their sphere of business and continue to expand and grow their presence here.We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the full technology stack, including Java backend development, React frontend, REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance applications while following Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and ReactJS.- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Data JPA.- Develop responsive, reusable, and accessible user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.- Integrate applications with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka and cloud services on Microsoft Azure.- Work with MS SQL Server for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.- Implement and maintain microservices architecture and API gateway integration.- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps and automation initiatives.- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.Required Skills & Experience :- 4 - 6 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful APIs.- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development.- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.- Experience working with Microservices Architecture.- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.- Good understanding of MS SQL Server and relational database concepts.- Familiarity with Kubernetes, MuleSoft, and API integration is an added advantage.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience working in the Financial Services/Banking domain.- Strong preference for candidates with ReactJS experience over other front-end frameworks.- Exposure to cloud-native application development and containerized deployments.Why Join Us :- Work on modern cloud-native enterprise applications.- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies including ReactJS, Spring Boot, Azure, Kafka, and Kubernetes.- Collaborative Agile work environment with opportunities for continuous learning and career growth.- Opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
