About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff professionally and courteously.
2. Serve as the first point of contact by answering, screening, and directing telephone calls and responding to enquiries.
3. Manage daily front desk operations and maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
4. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor visits.
5. Maintain visitor registers, reception records, appointment schedules, and other administrative documentation.
6. Handle emails, correspondence, and front-office communications efficiently.
7. Operate office equipment and use Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for record management.
8. Provide general administrative support to the management and school staff as required.
9. Ensure a positive, welcoming, and professional experience for students, parents, visitors
