The Signature Design Studio is a premium interior design and turnkey execution company specialising in high-end residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes and customised furniture. We are looking for a site engineer who can take responsibility for day-to-day site execution and ensure our projects are delivered with excellent quality, accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily interior execution activities at residential project sites.
2. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs and specifications.
3. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators and other contractors.
4. Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, civil and finishing works.
5. Take and verify accurate site measurements before execution.
6. Read and understand 2D drawings, layouts, elevations and detailed drawings.
7. Check workmanship, finishing and quality at every stage.
8. Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/design team for quick resolution.
9. Track project progress, manpower and material requirements.
10. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely execution.
11. Maintain daily site updates, photographs and progress reports.
12. Prepare punch lists and ensure pending works are completed before handover.
13. Maintain professional communication with clients and escalate concerns appropriately.

A. Who can apply?

1. Freshers are welcome.

2. Candidates with internship experience in interior design, civil construction or site execution can apply.

3. 0–2 years of experience in interior execution/site supervision is preferred.

4. Diploma/BE/BTech in civil engineering, interior design, construction or related fields.

5. Prior experience in residential interiors, modular furniture or turnkey projects is an advantage.
