Key responsibilities:

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Client Relationship Manager - Inside Sales to handle walk-in clients at the office and manage complete sales coordination. The candidate should have excellent communication and pitching skills along with strong follow-up abilities to convert leads into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in clients professionally at the office
Explain company services and pitch packages effectively
Maintain strong client relationships and regular follow-ups
Convert leads into sales through proper communication
Coordinate with the team for smooth client onboarding
Maintain daily reports and client data updates
Achieve assigned sales and walk-in targets
Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills
Strong follow-up and client handling ability
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Prior experience in inside sales/client handling is preferred
Work Location: In-office
