We are seeking a Junior Account Executive for our Raipur location. The role is full-time and ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. Qualifications and Skills
Experience in managing petty cash transactions and ensuring accurate records (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in processing and managing E-Way Bills (Mandatory skill).
Proficiency in handling purchase and sales invoices with accuracy (Mandatory skill).
Ability to prepare and manage debit notes efficiently for financial adjustments.
Competence in handling credit notes for customer adjustments with attention to detail.
Experience in preparing and managing good receipt notes (GRN) accurately.
Proficiency in vendor and bank reconciliation to ensure correct financial statements.
Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP for financial management. Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Process and reconcile petty cash and handle cash management tasks.
Ensure accurate preparation and submission of E-Way Bills as per regulations.
Accurately process and record purchase and sales invoices for financial transparency.
Prepare and manage debit and credit notes and maintain timely reconciliations.
Handle good receipt notes (GRN) and ensure inventory accuracy.
Perform vendor and bank reconciliations at regular intervals to ensure accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
