Benefits : Paid time offJob Description :We are looking for a ServiceNow Finance Business Process Consultant to help translate Finance business needs into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.This role will work closely with Finance teams and ServiceNow delivery teams to assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define practical solutions within the Finance Case Management environment.The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, leading requirements discussions, documenting functional needs, and supporting the delivery lifecycle from initial discovery through testing and business validation.Responsibilities :- Conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions to understand Finance processes, challenges, and business objectives.- Evaluate existing Finance workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.- Develop functional process documentation and define recommended future-state workflows.- Convert business needs into well-defined functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Define requirements for Finance case management, including intake, classification, assignment, approvals, service levels, escalations, notifications, and resolution.- Work with ServiceNow technical teams to clarify requirements and support the development of appropriate solutions.- Participate in backlog planning, prioritization, refinement, and sprint-related activities.- Review proposed solutions and provide functional feedback to ensure alignment with business expectations.- Support test planning, UAT activities, solution demonstrations, and business sign-off.- Track requirements, dependencies, risks, and process gaps throughout the implementation.- Serve as a key liaison between Finance stakeholders and the ServiceNow implementation team.Requirements :- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Business Process Consultant role, preferably within ServiceNow environments.- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements for enterprise applications.- Practical experience with ServiceNow Finance Case Management (FCM) or comparable Finance-focused ServiceNow implementations.- Strong understanding of Finance operations, service workflows, and shared-service environments.- Demonstrated ability to create functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.- Ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and confidently communicate with both business and technical teams.- Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, testing, and release activities.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.- Will have to travel based on requirement to the client office.- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.- This is a remote position.
