About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution: Drive sales growth by actively engaging with international clients and prospects to promote our services.2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
4. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance
metrics.
5. Communication: Deliver clear and compelling sales pitches and presentations to
clients.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and
competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹17,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 8,00,000 - 11,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
