Role Overview We are seeking a Senior HR Manager – Training & Development who will exclusively own the organisation-wide Learning & Development function for: Language Trainers (Multiple Language Verticals ) Sales, Operations, Digital Marketing, HR, Accounts, Legal and Support teams This is a strategic leadership role , responsible for building a structured, measurable, and scalable T&D framework aligned with organisational growth, revenue goals, and performance standards. The role requires deep expertise in instructional design, capability mapping, leadership development, and performance-linked training interventions. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic L&D Planning Design and implement the annual Training & Development roadmap. Align training strategy with business growth plans and departmental KPIs. Create capability frameworks for trainers and non-trainer roles. Partner with leadership to forecast future skill requirements. 2. Trainer Development Framework Build structured Train-the-Trainer programs. Sta
