About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and market research.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
3. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
4. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their business needs.
5. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
6. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
7. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
8. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
10. Follow up with leads and prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.
12. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
13. Build long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
14. Generate regular sales reports and provide business performance insights to management.
15. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking opportunities when required.
16. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely service delivery.
