Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Technical Lead to lead complex enterprise software development initiatives from conception through successful delivery. This role requires a unique blend of project leadership, technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills .

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary bridge between Clients, Business Stakeholders, Product Management, and Engineering Teams , ensuring seamless execution, clear communication, and successful outcomes. Beyond project management, the candidate must possess the technical aptitude to understand architecture, challenge assumptions, evaluate solutions, drive technical discussions, and proactively mitigate risks.

We are looking for someone who can confidently engage with customers, influence stakeholders at all levels, lead cross-functional teams, and take complete ownership of project success.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise software development projects from initiation to production rollout.
  
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Track project health through metrics, reporting, and governance mechanisms to ensure successful execution.
  
• Prepare and present executive-level project updates, delivery roadmaps, risk assessments, and progress reports to leadership and clients.
  
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions within agreed timelines.
  

Technical Leadership & Product Expertise

• Act as a strong technical counterpart to Engineering and Product teams, participating in architecture reviews, solution discussions, and technical planning.
  
• Possess hands-on understanding of modern technology stacks including .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud Platforms, Databases, and Enterprise Integrations .
  
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered enterprise solutions , and assess opportunities for adoption within projects.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of assigned products, platforms, and business domains, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  
• Evaluate technical approaches, understand system dependencies, and facilitate informed decision-making between business and engineering stakeholders.
  
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for clients and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Drive technical discussions with customers, internal teams, and leadership while ensuring alignment on solutions and delivery expectations.
  

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding business priorities and ensuring transparency in project execution.
  
• Lead client meetings, requirement discussions, status reviews, escalation management, and delivery governance sessions.
  
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations while balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
  
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and release planning.
  
• Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance, velocity, and delivery metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in development along with 3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Software Delivery Management, or related roles.
  
• Proven experience managing end-to-end enterprise software development projects in Agile environments.
  
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software development practices.
  
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Business teams.
  
• Demonstrated success in managing client-facing projects and executive stakeholder interactions.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently lead technical and business discussions.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering SaaS, enterprise platforms, or large-scale digital transformation projects.
  
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development life cycles.
  
• Experience working directly with global customers and distributed engineering teams.
