Roles and responsibilities
● Technology Strategy: Define and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with business
goals and scales.
● Product Development: Drive the design and architecture of our digital platforms, meeting
market demands with sustainable technical solutions.
● Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing tech team focused on innovation
and collaboration.
● Operations & Compliance: Oversee secure, cost-effective infrastructure while ensuring
compliance with data protection standards.
● Stakeholder Engagement: technical vision to investors, board members,
and partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
Desired skills & background
● Expertise in cloud platforms, SaaS, and agile practices.
● Experience building scalable, high-performance systems.
● Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities.
Experience and qualification:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
● 10+ years in technology leadership, with a track record in scaling tech solutions.
