Role : AI Python Automation Engineer (GEN AI)Location : Gurugram (Hybrid)Experience : 4+ YearsEmployment Type : Full-TimeMandatory Skills : - Python- AI Automation- Generative AI (LLMs)- LangChain / LangGraph- SQL- Workflow OrchestrationRole & Responsibilities : - Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions using Python and Generative AI technologies.- Build intelligent workflows using LLMs, AI Agents, LangChain/LangGraph, and prompt engineering.- Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.- Develop scalable backend services, automation scripts, and AI pipelines.- Optimize AI workflows for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes using AI.Required Skills : - 4+ years of experience in Python development and automation.- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar).- Strong knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, AI Agents, and RAG.- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).- Good understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI workflow orchestration.Good to Have : - CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.- FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes.- CI/CD and MLOps exposure.- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI tool calling, and workflow automation.
