- Help and guide customers at their residence by explaining different product and finish options.
- Daily updates of all activities on the CA app
- Site inspection & evaluation for surface defects and recommend most suitable solutions
- Site measurement & preparation of painting estimate as per rate card and after consultation with store owner / Store in charge.
- Appointment of contractors for execution of painting work
- Supervision of ongoing / WIP sites for ensuring adherence to recommended guidelines and on time work completion.
- Timely resolution of customer complaints, if any
- Help to generate leads/clients through market visits.
- Explain to customers the various services rendered in the store and direct customers to appropriate sections for expert help
- Daily reporting of the collections and site status to store owner / store in charge and senior officer
- Maintaining the reports & formats as man dated.
