Hiring: E-commerce Executive | Skincare Brand | Pune
Were looking for an experienced and execution-focused E-commerce Executive to join Communal, a fast-growing skincare brand based in Pune.
If you have hands-on experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, and Shopify D2C operations wed love to connect.
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 25 Years
Industry Preference: Skincare / Beauty / Wellness / Consumer Brands
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing updates, and promotions
Execute and monitor marketplace advertising campaigns
Track KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and sales growth
Coordinate inventory planning and stock synchronization across platforms
Manage Shopify D2C website operations and order flow
Support marketplace sale events, launches, and growth initiatives
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and marketplace analytics
What Were Looking For:
Strong hands-on experience with Seller Central platforms
Understanding of marketplace ads and performance marketing metrics
Experience in catalog management and inventory coordination
Analytical mindset with strong execution skills
Prior experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus
