• toLead Cisco t o Aruba migration s, enhance enterprise network designs in a multi-tenant environment focused on policy-based connectivity. Lead a team of Network Engineers and manage multiple sites across the glob
• e.Lea d architectural design, optimization, and migrati on for distributed networ k infrastructu re, including site connectivity (1-3 tier), SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud integration
• s.Drive decoupling from legacy Cisco Systems to Aruba platforms while ensurin g Zero Trust, redundancy, and automation alignmen
• t.Collaborate with platform engineering leaders on cloud/on-prem solutions meeting business SLA

Key Responsibilitie

• s :Design and implement scalable network architectures f or sites, data centers, WAN regions, and hybrid/multi-cloud setups using Aruba Central, ClearPass NAC, and SD-W
• AN.Plan and execute Cisco to Aruba migrations, including NAC, wireless, switching, and segmentation transitions in decoupling scenarios.Enhance designs for redundancy, policy enforcement (e.g., identity-aware routing, micro-segmentation), and observability via API-driven too
