SaaS Integration Lead

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in integration architecture, APIs, middleware/iPaaS platforms, data flows, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead integration initiatives end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS integration projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Define integration architecture and strategy for connecting SaaS platforms with internal and external systems.
• Work with business, application, security, and infrastructure teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, ETL tools, and iPaaS platforms.
• Manage real-time, batch, file-based, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Lead integration design for systems such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, ITSM, finance, procurement, and collaboration platforms.
• Drive API lifecycle activities including design, documentation, versioning, security, and monitoring.
• Ensure data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization across applications.
• Establish integration standards, reusable components, naming conventions, and governance practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for connector setup, API enablement, and troubleshooting.
• Support integration testing, SIT, UAT, performance testing, and defect resolution.
• Monitor production integrations, identify failures or bottlenecks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage cutover, deployment planning, hyper care, and transition to support teams.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, runbooks, and support guides.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on integration best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SaaS and enterprise application integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, webhooks, SFTP, and message-based integrations.
• Experience with middleware or iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, Informatica, SnapLogic, Jitterbit, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of authentication and security methods such as OAuth, JWT, SSO, API keys, and certificates.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and error handling.
• Knowledge of integration monitoring, logging, alerting, and support processes.
• Ability to work across multiple business applications and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ready to work in any shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of integration experience with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Experience in SaaS ecosystems such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and integration deployment automation.
• Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and enterprise security standards.
• Relevant middleware/iPaaS or cloud certifications are a plus.
