You will work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and senior leadership to identify trends in user behavior, optimize learning outcomes, and streamline operational efficiency. By maintaining high standards of data integrity and building robust reporting frameworks, you will directly influence how our platform evolves to meet the needs of our growing user base across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities : - Extract and manipulate complex datasets using MySQL and Python to support strategic business initiatives and product development cycles.- Design and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI and other data visualization tools to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators for stakeholders.- Develop and manage ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integration across various internal platforms and third-party systems.- Conduct rigorous data quality audits to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information used for high-stakes reporting and analytics.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that data solutions align with organizational goals.- Perform deep-dive analysis on large-scale datasets to uncover hidden patterns, providing recommendations that enhance user engagement and platform retention.Required Skillset : - Working proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, cleaning, and basic statistical analysis.- Familiarity with building interactive reports and visual narratives using Power BI or similar visualization platforms.- Understanding of data management principles, including database architecture, ETL processes, and data pipeline maintenance.- Ability to synthesize technical findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.- 0-2 years of professional experience in an analytical role (freshers with strong project/internship work in data analysis are welcome to apply).- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, or Hyderabad.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field required.
