ServiceNow HAM PRO Developer

Requirements :- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM PRO module.- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.- Experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities :- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.- Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for asset management.- Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities, features, and enhancements.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
