Job Summary
About the Job
Under the responsibility of the Operation Analyst, he/she contributes to:
Monitoring the financial performance of all initiatives related to plant operations activities.
Management accounting and the application of management rules.
Analysis of production and plant financial results.
Support preparation of forecast budgets including standard cost set-up.
Should gain an understanding of the fundamentals of Plant Business Partnering so that he/she is able to produce timely and well-presented information to the business to support decision making.
He/she is expected to be an advocate for change with respect to process and reporting, and introducing BU synergies as appropriate.
Support project management aligned with strategic objective.
He/she is expected to embrace the need for internal controls and support the management team in ensuring a risk-controlled environment.
