Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.

We are part of Digital-IT team established 17 years ago in Gurgaon, India to provide technology support and rollout digital initiatives to 60 plus global offices. Requirements

The Position

NetSuite Finance Functional analyst will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the NetSuite system, providing functional and support to NetSuite technical team; setup & configure the system to meet business users' needs, coordinate with different stakeholders to collect business requirements, prepare functional design document and provide system training to business users.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and understand customer requirements to help with NetSuite set­ up, configuration and customization
• Design, develop and test enhancements in alignment with client's business process requirements
• Document interactions with business users, requirements and concerns
• Ability to migrate data, perform mass updates, data merge without compromising on data integrity
• Perform and present Gap analysis
• Prepare business process documents and functional specs for customization
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and hands-on training to end-users
• Update forms, add custom fields, create dashboards, and set up saved searches
• Functional testing of business scenarios and designed test cases
• Develop project estimates with project manager and manage project work plans
• Create documentation, including IT and lay/user-level documentation
• Train new resources, managing their alignment with the team.
• Coordinate with NetSuite support on issues that cannot be resolved internally
• Document existing or new customizations and workflows
• Advise on how to leverage out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions, as well as when to customize
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and delivery timeframes
• Resolve functional issues, month-end issues and reconciliations, managing configurations in Oracle NetSuite, coordinate with internal technical team members and Oracle support application support.
• Expert in Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis and documentation.
• Should be able to configure NetSuite Forms, Fields, and Records, Saved Searches, Workflows, Reports/ saved searches
• Should have worked on integrations development and Data Migration
• Should be able to configure Roles & Permissions
• Configuration of SuiteApps and SuiteBundles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or relevant experience
• At least 7-8 years of IT experience as BA or Implementation Consultant with at least 4+ of NetSuite experience. NetSuite certification a plus
• Detailed understanding of common business practices related to Accounting, Sales Operations, Order-to-Cash (including billing, revenue management, subscription, purchasing, etc.)
• Experience with areas covering ERP (GL, Financials, Banking, Payables, and Receivables), CRM (Life cycle from Opportunity to order), Electronic Funds Transactions, Fixed Asset etc.
• Previous experience in fit-gap analysis, application design, modification, training, testing and support desired
• Ability to extend NetSuite by utilizing SuiteApps
• Knowledge of SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills as issues arise with internal customers
• Certified in NS foundation and in advanced modules.
