The Job :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle scaled customer issues

- Effectively manipulating customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping satisfied.

- Make sure all customer care meets established standard

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- oral expression skills

- fluency in English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
