Lead Salesforce QA Automation Engineer (Copado Robotics Testing) Experience: 6 to 8 years 🔹 Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to drive enterprise-scale automation strategy using Tosca. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, dynamic Lightning UI automation, and large-scale integrations , ensuring quality across complex, multi-system environments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Architect and lead enterprise-grade Tosca automation frameworks for Salesforce (Lightning) with high scalability and reusability Define automation roadmap, governance model, and best practices across multiple teams/projects Drive automation of complex end-to-end workflows , including cross-cloud and multi-org scenarios Implement risk-based and impact-based testing strategies for optimized regression coverage Handle automation of dynamic Lightning components , shadow DOM, and frequently changing UI elements Oversee API automation and integration validation across systems (ERP, Middleware, Billing platforms) Validate asynchronous processes (batch jobs, queueables, platform events) impacting business flows Design test data management strategy for large datasets and parallel execution Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) with quality gates Monitor automation effectiveness using metrics, dashboards, and coverage analysis Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and ensure zero-defect production releases Mentor team members and enforce automation standards, code reviews, and governance 🔹 Required Skills (Advanced) Strong expertise in Sales
