Job Title: Female Sales Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Sales Assistant to join our team in Mumbai. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and replenishing items as needed.
- Execute promotional activities and visual merchandising as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and trends to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or customer service preferred.
- Proven experience in a retail sales role, ideally within fashion or beauty industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using point of sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as required.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
