About the Role As a Brand Communication Intern , you will help shape how our brand is perceived — across content, campaigns, and community. This role is about thinking, storytelling, and clarity , not just posting. What You’ll Do Assist in content strategy & grid planning across Instagram, , and Facebook Write clear, sharp captions aligned with brand voice Support execution of campaigns and launches Analyze content performance (engagement, reach, saves, conversions) Help maintain a consistent tone, messaging, and brand identity Coordinate with the design/content team for execution Support influencer collaborations & brand partnerships Assist in email campaigns and communication flows Engage with audience (comments, DMs) in a thoughtful brand voice What We Expect Strong communication skills (simple, clean English) Understanding of how brands grow on social media Ability to think in content systems, not random posts Basic understanding of analytics (what works, what doesn’t) Interest in premium brands, storytelling, and psychology Tools (Basic Knowledge) Google Sheets / Notion Instagram & insights Basic understanding of scheduling tools Who This Role Is For Someone who: Thinks before creating Understands why content works Wants to build a brand, not just posts Work Details: Location: (Mayapuri), New Delhi Work Mode: On-site Working Days: 5 days a week
