The Parent Relations Officer (PRO) serves as the primary point of contact between the school and its parent community, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective communication. The role is responsible for addressing parent queries, coordinating engagement initiatives, supporting admissions and retention efforts, and enhancing overall parent satisfaction through timely and professional interactions. Parent Engagement & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and guardians.
• Serve as the first point of contact for parent queries, concerns, and feedback.
• Ensure prompt resolution and appropriate escalation of issues when required.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and trust between the school and families. • 5-10 years of experience in parent relations, public relations, admissions from reputed school administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with empathy and professionalism.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
