Associate — Incentive Compensation Administration

Amgen seeks an Associate to support field incentive compensation administration in Hyderabad, India. The role involves data validation, plan execution, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure accurate and timely compensation processing across sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute recurring IC activities including data intake, validation, eligibility support, and payment-file preparation
- Extract, consolidate, validate, and reconcile IC data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
- Prepare standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports including attainment, payout, and scorecard summaries
- Support field inquiries and escalations related to eligibility, crediting, calculations, and payments
- Maintain documentation of plan rules, procedures, and quality-control checklists; support plan updates and system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in incentive compensation, sales operations, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and working with large datasets
- Ability to interpret business rules and apply them to data validation processes
- Problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience in bio/pharmaceutical or healthcare operations preferred
