Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Lead to drive data analysis initiatives, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to lead a team of analysts. The role involves data modeling, reporting, dashboard development, stakeholder management, and ensuring data quality across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analysis and reporting activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive data-driven decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance standards.
Requirements
What are we looking for: 7+ years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related domains.
