About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through our Study Abroad Pathways Program offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding study abroad pathway programs, university progression options, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual/in-person meetings.
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable pathway programs based on academic background, budget, and career aspirations.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing objections.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture prospects throughout the decision-making process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Update and manage lead information accurately in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
• Participate in education fairs, webinars, school visits, and promotional events.
• Stay updated on destination countries, partner universities, visa processes, and market trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in education counseling, study abroad consulting, admissions, or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
