About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Source and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.2. Screen and shortlist candidate resumes, conduct candidate calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
3. Follow up with candidates and clients/vendors and maintain candidate details and recruitment records.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any stream preferred.
2. Good English communication and basic computer skills.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
