Senior Backend Developer - Java/Python/C++

Role Overview :As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the core server-side logic that powers our high-traffic applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps specialists, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. Your contribution will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our platforms, ensuring that our systems can handle increasing user loads while maintaining optimal response times.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement scalable backend services to support high-concurrency applications and improve overall system throughput.- Optimize existing algorithms and data structures to reduce latency and enhance the efficiency of data-intensive processes.- Collaborate with the architecture team to design modular, maintainable system components that align with long-term business objectives.- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality engineering standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless experience for end-users.Required Skillset :- Demonstrate deep proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ with a strong understanding of their respective ecosystems and performance tuning.- Apply advanced knowledge of data structures and algorithms to solve complex computational problems and optimize system performance.- Exhibit a strong grasp of system design principles, including microservices architecture, distributed systems, and database schema design.- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.- Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and work effectively within a hybrid or on-site environment across our Hyderabad, Gurgaon, or Bangalore offices.- Possess 2 - 4 years of professional experience in backend development, demonstrating a track record of delivering robust software solutions.- Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, reflecting a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
